Here's an overview of the loan-application process

STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy

Complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, select application from the list on the left.

At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded

The credit union will coordinate with the Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which makes the loan process go smoothly.

We will coordinate with the escrow team for you to complete the final papers to finalize your loan.
